Live Chat Hours
Live Chat is available Mondays through Fridays, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Central Time.
When Live Chat is unavailable a message appears letting you know the hours when chat will resume. You may choose to leave a message via email that we’ll return the next business day or search our Knowledge Base to see if your question can be answered there.
