Our free phone access system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and from anywhere in the world. This system allows you to make account balance inquiries, authorize check withdrawals, transfer money from one account to another, and make loan advances by check or transfer.
It is a fast and easy way to get account information with a touch tone telephone. To get your PIN, call Member Connections at 800-284-6328. Once your PIN is set up you will use the same phone number to access the system.
